Bredan Fou fighting rules and techniques are different from other martial arts styles which are as follows :

 Fighting Rules

1. For every color sash must held contrast
2. Every participant should cut his nails of hand/foot
3. Every participant should wear boxing gloves, chest, head and shin guards
4. Every fight base on full contact.
5. There is 1 round of 1 minute Under black sash.
6. Black shah fight have 2 rounds of 3 minutes each.
7. Semifinal and Final have 3 rounds in international events of 3 minutes each.
8. There is 1 referee and 4 corner judges.

 Points

1. Powerful Attack           =          1.0 Point
2. Low Power Attack       =          0.5 Point
3. Idlees Kick                   =          0.0 Point (All down kicks done with full techniques)
4. Full Sweep                   =          2.0 Points (2 sweeps allowed in 1 round)
5. Incomplete Sweep        =          0.0 Points (After 2 warnings points cut down)
6. Full Throw                    =          2.0 Points
7. Incomplete Throw        =          2.0 Points
8. Powerful Punch            =          1.0 Point (Rival must fell down)
9. Knock Out via Punch   =          4.0 Points (Pushing not allowed)

	Avoid the signal of referee ( It is a big foul, referee is allowed to knock out)
